Privacy Policy

Operlance (“Operlance”, “we”, “us”) provides a financial control layer for businesses and their AI agents at operlance.app. This policy explains what personal and business data we process, why, and what control you have over it.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data. Your email address and name when you sign up or log in, including when you use Sign in with Google.
  • Your details. Your full name, phone number and address, which you give when you sign up. We use them to run your account, to bill you and put them on your invoices, and to contact you about your account or its security. We process them because we need them to provide the service you signed up for and, for invoices, because tax law requires it.
  • Financial and business data you connect. Data from integrations you authorize, for example Stripe or Dodo Payments revenue, subscriptions and costs you enter, and advertising spend.
  • Google Ads data. If you connect Google Ads, we read account data: campaigns, spend and conversions. We never create, change or pause campaigns.
  • Analytics. On operlance.app and in the Operlance app we use Umami to count visits and a few actions, such as starting a trial or opening checkout. Umami sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you: we see only aggregated numbers such as page views, referring sites, country, browser and device type. We use them to improve Operlance.
  • Usage and security data. Audit log entries, request metadata such as IP address and timestamps, and error logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use Google user data

  • Sign in with Google. We request the scopes openid, email and profile, and use your email address and name only to create and identify your Operlance account.
  • Google Ads. We request read access to your Google Ads account and use it only to show you your spend, pacing and conversions and to feed the forecasts you and your agents see in Operlance.

Operlance’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we use Google user data only to provide and improve the user facing features described above, we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service, comply with law or with your consent, we do not use it for advertising, and no human reads it unless you ask for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

3. How credentials are protected

OAuth refresh tokens and other integration credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. When you disconnect an integration, we delete the stored token for it. You can also revoke Operlance’s access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal or business data, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Service providers

We use infrastructure and service providers to run Operlance, for example hosting, email delivery, payment processing and privacy friendly analytics (Umami). They process data only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your account and connected data while your account is active. Your name and address on invoices are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after you delete your account. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete your personal and connected business data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep specific records, such as billing records. Backups are overwritten on their normal rotation. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to support@operlance.app.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to support@operlance.app and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
