Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Operlance at operlance.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Operlance is a financial control layer that connects your revenue, advertising, subscriptions and AI agents, and shows forecasts and status. Operlance reads data from integrations you authorize. It does not move money and does not change your advertising campaigns.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping access credentials and agent tokens safe, and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be allowed to connect the accounts you connect.

3. Plans, trial and billing

Paid plans are billed in USD by our payment processor. A trial requires a card, lasts 7 days and converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other customers’ data, no interfering with the service or its security, and no reverse engineering except as the law allows.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of your data. You allow us to process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Forecasts are not advice

Operlance shows forecasts, statuses and recommendations based on the data available. They are informational and are not financial, tax or legal advice. Decisions remain yours.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using Operlance and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

10. Trademarks

Anthropic and Claude are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Google, Google Ads and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Apple, App Store and App Store Connect are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. OpenAI and ChatGPT are trademarks of OpenAI. Stripe, Dodo Payments, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, TikTok, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Revolut, Wise and Cursor are trademarks of their respective owners. Names and logos are used only to identify compatible products. Operlance is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these companies. Integrations marked Coming soon are in development and not yet available.
